The Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 190 contractual vacancies under the following flagship schemes:

• Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM)

• Deen Dayal Upadhyaya – Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)

• Cluster Based Business Organization (CBBO)

Under DAY-NRLM:

• State Project Manager (Financial Inclusion) – 1 post, ₹63,000/month

• Project Manager (Knowledge Management & Communication) – 1 post, ₹49,000/month

• Accounts Assistant – 1 post, ₹21,560/month

• District Functional Experts (Various domains like Social Mobilization, Financial Inclusion, Livelihoods, Non-Farm Livelihood, etc.) – multiple posts, ₹35,000/month

• District Accounts Manager – 2 posts, ₹28,000/month

• District MIS Manager – 6 posts, ₹25,000/month

• Block Project Manager – 2 posts, ₹35,000/month

• Block Coordinator – 11 posts, ₹21,560/month

• Block Accountant – 26 posts, ₹21,000/month

• Block MIS Executive – 101 posts, ₹21,000/month

Under DDU-GKY:

• District Functional Expert (Skills) – 2 posts, ₹35,000/month

Under CBBO (Cluster Based Business Organization):

• Domain Expert – Law & Accounts – 1 post, ₹42,000/month

• FPO Coordinator – 5 posts, ₹25,000/month

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate depending on the post

• Experience: Ranges from 1 to 7+ years (as per the role)

• Age Limit: Between 23 to 45 years (varies by position)

• Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • OBC: 3 years

  • PwBD: 10 years

Candidates with experience in government or community development projects, and those with technical skills in finance, MIS, and communication will be preferred for relevant posts.
